Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Currently there are extended shipping delays because of the new shipping procedures that have been placed due to Covid.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $X flat rate shipping to [list countries]. 


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at e11customerservice@wedgebrands.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship to P.O boxes. All of our shipments are completed using UPS. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges


Discounted items can not be returned - we offer size/color exchanges if you are dissatisfied with the fit/color.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from elevenateusa.com, you can return your garments within 7 days of the day you received the package. Returned items must be in as new condition, that is, not worn or washed, hangtag must be in place and the garments to be returned in their original packaging, otherwise the refund will not be accepted. We deduct $10.00 for all returns for a processing fee.

If you wish to exchange for a different size/color, we will waive the return fee. 

Items not in its original packaging will be charged $15.00.
