Returns & Exchanges

Discounted items can not be returned - we offer size/color exchanges if you are dissatisfied with the fit/color.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from elevenateusa.com, you can return your garments within 7 days of the day you received the package. Returned items must be in as new condition, that is, not worn or washed, hangtag must be in place and the garments to be returned in their original packaging, otherwise the refund will not be accepted. We deduct $10.00 for all returns for a processing fee.

If you wish to exchange for a different size/color, we will waive the return fee. 
Items not in its original packaging will be charged $15.00.

 Returns process

  • Put the product back in the undamaged original packaging.
  • Email us at E11CustomerService@zgcollective.com to obtain an RA number
  • Mail the product with the address and RA that was sent to you
  • When we receive your package, please allow up to 15 working days to process your return. (With the current situation regarding the Coronavirus all packages will be in quarantine for 48 hours in our warehouse before we process them.)
Claims & Repairs

Our products are made with the greatest quality and devotion. If you wish to make a claim about a garment, please take it to the store where you purchased the product; they will help with your claim.

If you made the purchase from elevenateusa.com, please send us an email and a photograph to explain the claim to E11CustomerService@zgcollective.com. We will get back to you with further instructions. Do not send any items to us without receiving our prior assessment and approval.
